Yes – if you book direct, we will always try to cater the best we can for your check in or check out requirements, although this is subject to availability. 

Is your reception manned?
No, we don’t have a reception, you will be provided with all check in details so you can check in at your leisure. 

Is there complimentary WiFi?
Yes, there is free WiFi in our apartment.

Do you offer breakfast?
No, we do not provide breakfast, however our kitchen is fully fitted for self-catering and there are supermarkets close by, as well as lots of cafes, so you will have plenty of options for breakfast dining. 

Do you have lifts in the apartment buildings?
No, we have no lifts in our building so please bear in mind the apartment is on the second floor. However, you will be welcomed with great views upon your arrival! 

Do you have car parking facilities?
We do not have any on-site parking, but there is metered parking outside which will allow for up to 2 hours of parking. Alternatively, there is a car park close by which charges £14.10 per day or £44.70 per week (justpark.com). 

How far is it to Clapham Junction Station?
It’s a 6-minute walk to Clapham Junction Station

How far is it to London Victoria and Waterloo Station?
It’s a 8-minute train journey from Clapham Junction Station

How much is a taxi to or from Gatwick airport?
The cost is dependent on traffic but should be in the region of £25 – £35.

Are you dog friendly?
The only dogs which are permitted are assistance dogs.

Do you have cots and high chairs?
No, we don’t currently have these. 

Do you have a laundry service?
No, but there is a dry cleaning place right outside the apartment. 

Do the apartments have washing machines?
Yes, the apartment has a washing machine. 

What appliances are in the apartments?
Our apartment is equipped with a hairdryer, iron and ironing board, toaster, kettle, oven, microwave, and washing machine. 

Do you have bikes?
No, but we have the London bikes station right outside the apartment.
