More About the Apartment

The Space

The apartment is located on the second floor with stunning views over suburban London (please bear in mind there is no lift). It comprises of two fully fitted double bedrooms (one double bedroom and one twin room), a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, a modern bathroom and a separate kitchen, fully stocked with utensils and appliances. There also is double-glazing throughout, keeping the space quiet and tranquil.

The Neighbourhood

Our apartment is ideally placed in the desirable Lavender Hill district in the heart of Clapham. The area boasts fabulous bars, restaurants, cafes and shops and is a stone’s throw from the beautiful Clapham Common, perfect for enjoying the sun on those warm summer days! The apartment is also conveniently situated close to numerous amenities, such as a GP surgery, chemist, and several supermarkets, including 24-hour Asda. 

Getting Around

Clapham Junction station is just 8 minutes from London Victoria and Waterloo and 25 minutes from Gatwick Airport, and is also conveniently linked to Heathrow Airport.
