The Space
The apartment is located on the first floor with all the local amenities on your door step (please bear in mind there is no lift). It comprises of three fully fitted double bedrooms (one double bedroom and two twin room), a spacious open plan lounge and dining area, a modern bathroom and kitchen, fully stocked with utensils and appliances. There also is double-glazing throughout.
The Neighbourhood
Our apartment is ideally placed in the desirable Tooting High Street in the heart of Tooting, which has recently been voted top 10 coolest neighborhoods on EARTH by Lonely Planet. The area boasts fabulous bars, restaurants, cafes and shops and is a stone’s throw from the beautiful Tooting Common, perfect for enjoying the sun on those warm summer days! One minute away is also the two very trendy Tooting Markets where you can enjoy food and a drink in a very shabby chic multi cultural environment. The apartment is also conveniently situated close to numerous amenities, such as a GP surgery, chemist, and several supermarkets.
Getting Around
Tooting Broadway tube station is on the Northern Line of the Tube system which means you are easily connected to anywhere in London. London Bridge and London Waterloo are around 25 minutes away.
There are busses on the main high street which are well connected to areas such as Brixton, Clapham Junction, Elephant & Castle and Wimbledon.
